    I brought my new ford bronco in to Sarasota Ford for its first oil change. I knew that there would be a short wait time, but what I was not expecting was such excellent and generous customer service. When I checked my vehicle in I was told that they were offering me a complimentary meal and drink at the restaurant on site, and after that was invited to wait in a massage chair at their onsite movie theatre. When my oil change was complete they called me and I went out to get my car. It is so refreshing to have a positive experience when dealing with garages and dealerships, so they get 5 stars from me. Will definitely be bringing my car back here. As far as oil changes go, they are a little more expensive than some other places, but not by much, and you get the additional benefit of knowing that any service is dealership backed.

    Great service from Matt and Ryan at Quick Lane. You can also get lunch while you are getting your car serviced. Check out the history of Ford and other amenities offered while waiting. I recommend Sarasota Ford!

    What a pleasant surprise it was to visit this beautiful dealership after visiting the regular one closer to me. From my first call I could tell they were very professional. I setup the time for my test drive and walked in and was shocked at how lovely the interior is! My salesman Edwin was ready for me right away, patient, and the pinnacle of professionalism & has been helpful ever since I purchased my new car. He's great! Even the finance office was friendly and didn't pressure me to buy warranties like I've experienced when buying prior vehicles, although I did anyways. I bought the 100K warranty plus tires and wheels warranty which will end up saving me $ if I ever need new tires or damage my rims. I had never envisioned a car dealership that had a delicious gourmet restaurant inside, a room with massage chairs, and a small movie gallery with reclining seats. They set the bar very high, I doubt even a Jaguar dealership could compare to the wonderful experience I had. Also, I love my new car! If you weren't considering a Ford before (I was a Japanese car loyalist), then I highly suggest you do. I'll definitely be going there for servicing when my car needs it.
